Friday, October 9 — Day 2 of New York Comic Con 2026 is in the books, and I'm going to be honest with you: I'm spent. Day 2 is almost over, thank you God. But I'm grateful. Grateful for every person who stopped at booth 1771, spun the wheel, grabbed a mystery box, picked up a prop pack, or just came through to say what's up. This is what it's about. One love.

The whole operation runs through Tenacious Toys — Benny Kline and the family hosting the entire booth and the Tenacious Collective. My man Leon Ramondi held the floor down on sales again, and the handmade dioramas, the mystery boxes, and the toy-photography prop packs kept moving. The 12-slot prize wheel kept spinning — free spin for anyone who makes a reel with Epic Toy Sound audio and tags the account. You make the reel, you spin. That's the flywheel, live and physical.
The big wave from Day 2 happened overnight: Gabriel Balda's one-of-one custom Skeletor Jimmy Short went live on YouTube (@epictoysound) and LinkedIn. The original audio got stripped and "Kneel" (feat. Toymirth) went on with Content ID live — our audio, our reveal, our revenue. The physical 1/1 piece itself revealed Day 1 right here at the booth and it's available only at the show this year. If you missed the drop, the whole story is here: NYCC Day 1 Surprise Reveal.

And the community does not sleep, even mid-con. Darc Reign dropped his Ronin Warriors reel that morning — the Sentinel Toys 1/12 Ronin Warriors Cale, Warlord of Destruction, scored to "Dominoes." KIDULT posted his Skeletor "Mastering dark magic" carousel, scored to "Power of the Synth" by Epic Toy Sound — grab the $2.99 digital download and score your own shoot. The spotlight pick of the day went to Darc Reign's Boa Hancock One Piece diorama, scored to "Bout Ready (feat. Epic Toy Sound)." All of today's community drops are banked in Today's Drops: October 9.
The machine doesn't stop for the con either. The Day 9 Morning Report went live from the show floor — with the new "Yesterday in Toy Photography" section carrying six community drops from Day 1 (Darc Reign, KIDULT, Gabriel Balda, @manyakfunks) — emailed out to Substack subscribers and posted on LinkedIn. Read it here: Day 9 Morning Report.

And the music keeps dropping. No Stop — the EP from Artetoyscol (Camilo), his lead-artist debut — is out TODAY, Saturday October 10, on Zillion Records: five high-energy horn anthems for creators, all killer. Stream and pre-save on HyperFollow. Still in rotation at the booth: War Journal (Gun Beat) and The Darkest Reign Vol. I. And if you're working on something dark and cinematic for Halloween season, the Monster Within horror pack ($5.99) is right there waiting.
Turn it up: the Skeletor Jimmy reveal Short, scored to "Kneel" (feat. Toymirth) — watch it in the Day 1 surprise-reveal post.
Day 3 is today. We're here through Sunday at booth 1771 — the Tenacious booth — and if you're at the Javits, come through. Make a reel with Epic Toy Sound audio, tag the account, spin the wheel. Follow the weekend at @zillionmarketplace and keep it locked at toysandbeats.com. Day 3, we go again. One love.
