Every day, the family drops. Toy photographers post their latest shots scored with Epic Toy Sound audio, and this is where we bank them all — the original posts, the captions, the tracks, and the craft behind the frames.
Today's edition is a single, focused drop: a brand-collab unboxing from @darc_reign with @funismglobal — the Funism Evangelion blind box series, opened under purple and red light and smoke.
1. @darc_reign — Funism Evangelion Blind Box Unboxing (Reel)
Darc Reign (Darc_Reign / Toy Photography, 8,476 followers at bank time; bio: Artist with @epictoysound) dropped a brand collab unboxing reel with @funismglobal — posted October 15, 2026 at 2:09 PM ET, 11 comments at bank time. Tagged accounts include @darc_empire and @epictoysound. Audio: Instagram's music metadata for the reel lists "Dominoes" by Darc Reign; the banked caption data showed no separate Epic Toy Sound audio credit in the caption itself, so the track credit here is the platform music metadata, not a caption credit. Caption / content as banked: The caption promotes the Funism Evangelion blind box series at FunismGlobal.com — which also carries Naruto, Dandadan and more lines — with code DARC for 20% off, link in bio. The reel opens on the red Evangelion boxes, then three pulls in sequence, and ends on a display shot of all three figures together.

The three pulls are a chibi Rei Ayanami in her black plugsuit and straw hat on a grass base, a chibi EVA unit in white and dark armor holding a rifle, and a seated chibi Shinji Ikari — each shown with its character card. The craft here is atmosphere: purple and red lighting and drifting smoke turn a blind-box opening into a scene, so every reveal lands like a character entrance instead of a product shot. Closing on the three figures displayed together gives the set its shelf moment — the unboxing builds to a collection, not just three boxes opened.
