They Call Her Domino: KIDULT's Domino Collab Entry x ETS

Luck is her superpower — and this Halloween, she brought friends. Stevan Nikolic, KIDULT (@kidult_1983), joins the "They Call Her Domino" collaboration — one entry among six creators celebrating Marvel's Domino for spooky season, scored with "Blood Stains on the Walls" by Epic Toy Sound.

The Story Behind the Shot

Posted October 13 on Instagram (view the original post), the carousel opens on a Halloween desk scene that should not work and absolutely does: Domino — Neena Thurman, Marvel's luck-bending mercenary — seated at a desk flanked by glowing jack-o'-lanterns, while a Michael Myers figure looms behind her, hammer in hand. It is playful and menacing in the same frame, which is exactly the note a Halloween collab should hit. The post drew 148 likes and 73 comments — the conversation numbers of a community event, not a solo drop.

Because this one is a collaboration, shared under the #dominocollab banner — a six-creator set KIDULT is one entry in: @arie_stardust, @kidult_1983, @paper_pot_journey, @g1_arcee_pictures, @takemoretoyphotos, and @captcorax each brought their own Domino celebration, and the carousel's middle slide gathers the set into a multi-panel grid — Domino with Ant-Man and Wasp, Domino reaching through smoke toward the camera, Domino with a devil mask, Domino over potions and spell books — before the closing slide lands the title card. One character, six imaginations, one month built for exactly this kind of haunt.

The figure work carries the NECA tag, and the craft is in the staging: practical pumpkin glow as the key light, a horror icon borrowed from a completely different universe standing in as the threat, and Domino herself dead center — calm, seated, lucky as ever. Cross-universe casting is toy photography's oldest magic trick, and KIDULT plays it straight-faced.

The Track: "Blood Stains on the Walls" by Epic Toy Sound

The audio on the post is listed on Instagram as "Blood Stains on the Walls" by Epic Toy Sound, and the caption credits the music to @epictoysound. The title alone tells you the season: this is a dark, tense Halloween-season score laid under a scene that grins back at it — a slasher's shadow behind a mercenary who never stops smiling. That tension between the track's dread and the frame's playfulness is the pairing. The music says run; Domino's luck says sit down, stay awhile.

This is also a track with history in this community: KIDULT reached for "Blood Stains on the Walls" in his Halloween frames last season too — it is becoming his spooky-season signature, the record he cues when the pumpkins come out. Honest bookkeeping, as always in this series: we could not verify a standalone Shopify download for this exact track title before this draft was written, so none is linked here rather than guessed. KIDULT's Epic Toy Sound catalog in the store is live, though — start with "Scale to Fit" by Epic Toy Sound & KIDULT, $1.99 as a digital download, his own credited single, and "Power of the Synth" by Epic Toy Sound, $2.99, the synth record that scored his Weekly Wonder "Take Cover" collab and his Skeletor diorama before it.

Did the Post Become Cover Art?

Not this one. We checked the October cover-art intake: there is no Domino or "Blood Stains on the Walls" cover in the folder, and this post is not an exclusive release. The arc here runs post → collab → community: a community celebration — KIDULT is one of six entries, his frame standing alongside five other creators' takes. If a cover edition follows, this page will trace it.

Photographer Spotlight: Stevan Nikolic — KIDULT

KIDULT is Epic Toy Sound family — a photographer who refuses one lane — cinematic, horror, cartoon and retro — with retro-80s energy and Masters of the Universe muscle, and a regular in the community's big multi-creator collabs — one strong entry among many, every time.

He is on the records, too: featured on "Nebula Rides" from Cosmic Panda's "Mesmerized" and on "Apocalyptic" from "Toys and Beats Vol. 1." His spotlights in this series — the Bert collaboration, the Skeletor dark-magic diorama — went live on October 11, and his "Take Cover" spotlight was drafted on October 12. His Domino entry is the next chapter: one frame in a six-creator set, and an Epic Toy Sound horror-season track tying his shot together.

Thank you, Stevan — for the frame and for showing up strong in the set. More toys, more beats, every day at toysandbeats.com.
