What you receive
Every digital audio purchase from Toys and Beats includes:
- WAV — full-quality, uncompressed audio file
- MP3 — compressed file for easy uploading and sharing
- Commercial sync license (PDF) — your proof of license, with your order details
- Cover art — the release artwork for your project files and uploads
How your files arrive
Your files are delivered instantly. Right after checkout, download links appear on your screen, and a backup download link is emailed to you. If you ever lose your files, contact support and we will re-send your links.
Commercial use & monetization
Your license covers commercial use. You can use the audio in:
- YouTube videos (including monetized videos)
- TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms
- Twitch streams and VODs
- Podcasts
- Client work and paid projects
You keep 100% of your ad revenue, sponsorship income, and client fees. We never claim your content or take a cut of your earnings.
If a platform flags your audio
Our catalog is pre-cleared for creator use, but automated content-ID systems sometimes misfire. If you receive a copyright claim or flag on audio you licensed from us:
- Do not panic — this is usually resolved quickly.
- Contact support at ronnie@zillionmarketplace.com with your order number and the claim details (platform, video or post link, claimant name).
- We will verify your license and help you dispute the claim.
Refunds
Digital downloads are final sale — because files cannot be returned, we cannot offer refunds on delivered audio. If your files arrive corrupt or will not download, contact us and we will re-deliver fresh copies at no charge.
Attribution
Crediting Epic Toy Sound in your video description or post is appreciated — it helps other creators find us — but it is not required.
What is not allowed
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the raw audio files
- Re-releasing the files as stock music, sample packs, or library music under your own name
- Claiming ownership of the underlying composition or recording
Ownership
All publishing, master, and other rights in the music remain with Ronald Steven Desiderio / Epic Toy Sound. Your purchase grants you the commercial sync license described above — it does not transfer ownership of the music itself.
